In this interactive presentation, we’ll explore what low back pain really is, what it isn’t, and how you can take practical steps to prevent it, manage it, and recover confidently. Dr. Kenton Keeslar and Dr. Kevin Nowacki, physical therapists and co-owners of Elevate Human Performance, will cut through the myths, explain what the latest science tells us, and give you clear, actionable strategies to improve your back health—whether you're dealing with discomfort now or simply want to stay strong and mobile as you age.
